I have been waiting for this game and I'm happy to see it finally released. The gameplay is the same as Farm Mania 2, except there's a lot of exotic stuff now since Anna and her family are on vacation. You get animals like lemurs and camels and crops like agave. I also like the tequila making building as that is my spirit of choice. 
The gameplay is fast at times so if you're not used to real quick time management games you'll need to play a few times on casual mode for practice but ultimately you'll get the hang of it. The only thing I didn't like is that unlike with the previous Farm Mania games you didn't always have the option to buy upgrades as soon as you could afford them. I feel that ability would have made the game easier for me. I'm glad my waiting was not for naught as this game did not disappoint.
