I agree that not quite as good as Roads of Rome series, IMO because there is no logical development of buildings, levels seem very random.

I like it but I'm pretty mad because this is a lot like roads of rome. But it loads fast and if I'm bored I can play this game, so I give it a somewhat thumbs up! ;)
