- Trial vs. Full version. What’s the difference?
Almost every Realore game has a free trial period. You can download and play a game for up to one hour. Once the trial period is finished, you should purchase the game to continue playing. If you've previously purchased a game from Realore, you can download the trial version and activate your game by entering your registration key. After that you possess the full version of the game and can play with no limits!
- How to download a game?
Downloading a game from Realore is easy and safe. Just follow these steps:
- Select the game you'd like to download. Click the Download button.
- Select Run the application.
- The game manager will open and display your download progress.
- Once your download is complete, click Play Now.
- If you have already purchased the game, click Already paid button and enter your registration key.
- How to purchase a game?
There are 2 ways of purchasing the game with Realore:
- Select the game you’d like to have and open its page. There is a Buy button on the left. Click it. Buy now page will open then. Enter the information required and your registration code for the game will be sent to your email address.
- Select the game you’d like to have and open its page. Click Download to get the game on your computer and to try it for free. Open the game on your computer. Game menu will be displayed then. Choose Buy button and you’ll be transferred to the Buy now page.
- How to play a game online?
Most of the games have web versions to play online.
There are 2 ways to play the game you like with Realore:
- Open the game page and click Play on the left menu. Online game’s page will open then and the game will start loading (the progress will be shown on a screen). After the game is loaded, you can play it online for free!
- Open Realore main page, www.realore.com. Click Play Online tab in the menu on the top of the screen. Choose the game you like and click it. Online game’s page will open then and the game will start loading (the progress will be shown on a screen). After the game is loaded, you can play it online for free!
- When I try to play online I see an empty player window. What should I do?
Your browser might not support the game, you may not have the right player or you may need the latest version of the software plug-in (player).
Typically, if you try to play a game online and your computer does not have the right software installed, your browser will prompt you if you want to install the software. Anyway you should install the software to play the game.
The play online page will have more specific information regarding software that you may need to install.
- I installed a free trial that I have never played before and the game says my trial time is expired.
This could be because the game was previously installed and played on your computer, and was uninstalled. Please purchase the game from our site to play the full version.
- How to purchase a game?

- How to unlock/activate the game?
You should buy the game first (read the item “How to purchase a game?” above) and install its free trial version from the game page on your computer (read the item “How to download a game?” in “Games & Installation” section).
When you bought the game, you should have received a confirmation email that contains an unlock key. The unlock key looks something like this: 75EC-AA74-3408-5E4C
Start the game by double-clicking its icon on the desktop (or by selecting the game from the start menu). When the trial screen appears, type your unlock key into the appropriate box, and press the "unlock" button to activate the full version of the game.
- I haven’t received the registration key. What should I do?
Please make sure you’ve really bought the game.
If so, please, don’t worry. Write to Realore support and explain the problem. We will help you asap and send you the unlock key for your game.
- My registration key gets rejected. Why?
- Make sure you have downloaded the game from www.realore.com. Our registration keys don’t work for games downloaded at any other website.
- Unlocking a game requires an internet connection. Check your internet connection and then unlock the game.
- Configure your firewall. Sometimes firewalls and other security software interferes with the unlock process.
- Type the code in carefully to be sure you are not mistyping. The easiest way to ensure your code is correct is to copy and paste the code into the unlock field.
- Make sure you use the right key: PC or MAC. These keys are totally different so please be careful and attentive.
- My registration key is expired. Why?
Sometimes it happens when you do not use your key right after purchasing and installing the game. Don’t worry. Write to Realore support and explain the problem. We will send you another registration key asap.
- I’ve lost my registration key. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Write to Realore support and explain the problem. Provide your name, surname and the email address you used when making your purchase. We will check all the data and send you another registration key.
- How do I purchase a back-up CD for my downloadable game?
In addition to downloading all of our games directly from Realore website, a great number of our games are also available on back-up CD. We recommend a back-up CD if you have a slow Internet connection such as dialup in order to make downloading quicker and easier.
If you don't have a slow Internet connection, it isn't necessary to order a CD along with your game. Your games can be reinstalled at any time online. If your hard-drive crashes or you get a new computer, reinstall your purchased games directly from www.realore.com.
But anyway you can order a back-up CD as a present for your family and friends or just to add a good game to your game collection.
Ordering your back-up CD is very easy:
- Click the game you’d like to purchase.
- Click Buy. A billing page will open then.
- Mark Back-up CD field and it will be sent to you in a few days.
NOTE: If you order a back-up CD, you’ll have to pay some extra money for the delivery.
- A virus was found in the game I’ve downloaded. What should I do?
Virus messages occur when a security or antivirus program falsely identifies our secure games or applications as harmful. We take these situations very seriously and can assure you that your computer has not received any type of virus from Realore. Our products are guaranteed virus free and are tested rigorously before they’re released to the public.
If your antivirus program finds a virus in the game, it means that it mistakenly identifies safe software as containing a Trojan or virus. Please close your antivirus program and install the game as usual. Don’t worry, the game is safe.
If it doesn’t work, please write to Realore support. We have good relationships with many antivirus providers and will work directly with the company you use to quickly resolve this issue.

- Can I use Realore services without being registered?

- I am getting an error message when I try to download my game. How can I fix this?
If you receive error messages the first step is to try to redownload the game. In most cases the download has failed or become corrupted, meaning one of the files may not have transferred properly to your system.
If you are downloading or installing a game and you are prompted to update Direct X, select Yes to update the graphic component. If you know that you already have updated Direct X, select Yes regardless and your computer system will simply let you know that you already have the latest version.
- Why did I get the message that my game contains a virus?
Virus messages occur when a security or antivirus program falsely identifies our secure games or applications as harmful. We take these situations very seriously and can assure you that your computer has not received any type of virus from Realore. Our products are guaranteed virus free and are tested rigorously before they’re released to the public.
The false message appeared, because antivirus programs will sometimes mistakenly identify safe software as containing a Trojan or virus. These programs update their virus definition files on a daily basis and can sometimes be too strict. In an effort to catch every harmful file, legitimate files will also occasionally be flagged as unsafe. Please write Realore support and explain the problem. We have good relationships with many antivirus providers and will work directly with the company you use to quickly resolve this issue.
- I can’t play the online game. What should I do?

- How to take a screenshot?
To create a screenshot capturing the visible items displayed on your monitor, follow the proceeding steps:
- Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key on your keyboard. (This key can usually be found in the upper right area of your keyboard).
- Once complete, the image is copied to your PC clipboard. To view and save the image, it must be pasted into a graphics document (such as Paint).
- To open Paint, select the Start button>Accessories>Paint.
- Paste (Ctrl + V) the image into the Paint document and select File>Save As.
