Qumaron Mobile Apps General Privacy Policy

Qumaron, its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred as “Qumaron”) respect the privacy rights of its users and customers. To further this commitment, we have adopted this Application Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to guide how we collect, store, and use the information you provide us when using Qumaron’s mobile applications (hereinafter referred as “Services”).

Qumaron Mobile Apps General Privacy Policy: Introduction

This Privacy Policy is applicable worldwide and applies to all of our Services where we provide a link to this Privacy Policy, including Services available on Third Party Platforms, unless otherwise stated or unless we provide a link to a different policy.

All Qumaron Services are governed by this Privacy Policy and by using or accessing a Service You give consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your data.

Please do not install or use the Services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

Qumaron reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

What is Personally Identifiable Information and when Qumaron collects it?

Our apps do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter “PII”).

In future Qumaron may collect PII. In case Qumaron will collect any of such information, an amendment to this Privacy Policy will be made. For this purpose PII shall mean the following:

  • Unique device identifier
  • Geo-location
  • Email address
  • User’s name
  • Financial and payment information

What is Non-Personal Information and when Qumaron collects it?

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy “Non-Personal Information” means information that does not directly identify you. Qumaron may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain Non-Personal Information that does not directly enable Qumaron to identify you. The types of Non-Personal Information Qumaron may collect and use include, but are not limited to:

  1. device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, unique device identifier or other persistent or non-persistent device identifier (“Device ID”)
  2. device software platform and firmware
  3. mobile phone carrier
  4. geographical data such as zip code, area code and approximate location
  5. game progress, time used playing, score and achievements
  6. other Non-Personal Information as reasonably required by Qumaron to enhance the Services and other Qumaron products and services

Qumaron may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Services. If you wish to opt-out from Flurry analytics, please follow this link: http://www.flurry.com/resources/privacy.html. Other analytics and ad-tools may be as well used by Qumaron. If you wish to opt-out from these tools, please write a letter to qumaron.supp@gmail.com and Qumaron will provide you with an updated list of the tools we use in order for you to be able to opt-out.

We use this data to benchmark the usage of our games. This means that we regularly look at these statistics and try to find ways to improve our products. Note that we do not track your unique device identifier (UDID) or other personal information — this data is anonymous.

Information provided to Qumaron by/to third parties

Please note that your access to and use of the Services may be subject to certain third party and Qumaron is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.

Certain Services that Qumaron may offer, such as multiplayer gaming, social networking and gaming console services, may use third party services to provide authentication for the Services with a gaming console ID, social networking ID or gaming network account. In connection with such use, certain personally identifiable user and/or membership data may be transferred automatically to and from Qumaron.

Qumaron may disclose your personal data to third parties in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of Qumaron’s stock and/or assets or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process provided, however, that this Privacy Policy shall continue to govern such personal data.

App Store Data

The respective app stores, such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play, collect anonymous sales and usage statistics, and disclose it to us.

Links to third parties Websites or Services

You should be aware that the Services may from time to time contain links to third-party sites, products or services. Qumaron is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites or services. If you are concerned about the privacy policy of a certain third party, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of the site or service to which you link before you submit any personal information.

Will Qumaron share my information with third parties?

Qumaron will not share any of PII with third parties without your consent, in case such information will become available to us.

In-app purchases

You can disable in-app purchases by adjusting your device’s settings.

Disclosure

In case any of PII is available to Qumaron, it may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy. Qumaron may use third parties to collect and process personal data on Qumaron’s behalf and in according to Qumaron’s instructions. Qumaron is not liable for the acts and omissions of these third parties, except as provided by mandatory law. Qumaron may also disclose your personal data to third parties when Qumaron has a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with Qumaron’s rights, property, operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or Qumaron believes that such disclosure is necessary to protect Qumaron’s rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Qumaron. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qumaron will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such disclosure through Qumaron’s website or in another reasonable manner.

Public Information

Qumaron is not responsible for any PII or Non-Personal Information you make available to public using any of our Services.

Children Privacy Protection

The Services comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, Pub.L. 105–277, 112 Stat. 2581-728, enacted October 21, 1998). Qumaron does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Services. In addition, in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 within the Services or in connection with any Content or Software, Qumaron will not collect, store or use any personal information of such user. Further, in the event that Qumaron receives personal information that Qumaron discovers was provided by a child under the age of 13, Qumaron will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.

California Online Privacy Act Compliance

Because Qumaron values your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your PII to outside parties without your consent in case such information is collected by Qumaron.

Changes to the Qumaron Mobile Apps General Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. If you continue to use our Services, you consent to changes made.


No Guarantee

However, like other companies, Qumaron cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.

Other

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Lithuania (EU), without giving effect to the choice of law rules of such State. Each Party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction competent court of Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Qumaron makes good faith efforts to enable you to review, update or correct your personal data that may be in Qumaron’s possession.
